My daughter (5) loved these headphones, but she has very long thick hair and her hair got wrapped up in the earpiece, not once but twice. This is our second pair and the first time i had to break the earpiece off to get her hair out. I probably should have known better and gotten a different type, but she really loved them and said they were comfy. I had her hair in a ponytail the last time and still managed to get caught so we will not be using them anymore, as she only uses them on long car rides and it’s become more of a hazard. Personally I would not recommend if you or your child has very long thick hair, but if they don’t, then may be good for you.Update... After I left this review someone contacted me back and refunded me. It would of bee nice if they just gave me the option to replace it because the price has gone up. Still I will update the stars since they did honor their warranty even if I had to leave a negative review to get them to acknowledge me.Original post...I bought 2 for my kids and they were great until the puppy ate one. Then we got a replacement for my son and in less than 3 months one side stopped making any sounds. The listing says it comes with a 1 year warranty and 90 days on amazon's return. I tried contacting the seller and they won't reply. I tried contacting amazon and they told me to call them on an international number. Soooo, warranty's apparently don't mean anything on this platform.These headphones work great until they don't. I really wanted to like them, in fact, I purchased two pairs for the kids. Problems only came up when I had a failed unit. Then I couldn't figure out how to get ahold of the company to file a warranty claim. My research came up with Facebook Messenger as the only to get in touch. I've messaged them numerous times without a response. If you never have an issue, then these are great and you’ll love them. I’d even say take a chance that you don’t have an issue, they are that nice. I can only imagine that warranty issues are few and far between based on the numerous 5-star reviews that caused me to pick this unit in the first place. If they had replied at least, we would have had a chance to maintain a 5-star review because these really do seem to be an amazing value for the price. The build and sound quality far exceeded my expectations. I've even thought about just buying another one and forgo the warranty due to the price, but would rather not to a non-responsive company. I'll be looking for another brand as a replacement for the dead unit.Great headphones, but voice comands are in a foreign language. I’m guessing Chinese, as that is where they were manufactured. Not a big deal, but it would be nice if the voice commands were in English. I have to look at the lights to know if It’s in pairing mode or not. Normally, you would get an audible “pairing mode” “connected”.My four year old loves these! They aren't super user friendly when connecting them to Bluetooth. You have to press and hold the power button while connecting your device via Bluetooth. Plus there's no way to really know when the battery is low besides it just dying. Other than that, the sound quality is great and they are comfortable. They expand, so they even fit mine and my husbands head also. Easy to charge. I love that they bend in half for easy storage.We got these for our 4 year old to use with her Kindle Fire 8 Kids tablet and they are amazing. She likes them because they fit nicely around her ears and don’t squish them. The battery last for about a week or 2 depending on her usage. She averages about an hour a day of using them. They paired very easily and connect perfectly when she turns them on. This is the 3rd pair of headphones we have gotten and these are her favorites.I bought these headphones on sale back in August for both my boys to take on our LONG Hawaii trip so the kids can watch their movies w/o distributing others on the plane. & I have to say, Best investment ever! My kids use them all the time during road trips and around the house. I don’t have to worry about volume control nor outside sounds because they truly can’t hear me talking to them when on. I’d buy them again, sale or not! I’ve bought the other Nenos with the wires and that one broke Shortly after. It’s literally like Beats headphones but for kids!This is a great headset for small children. My daughter is 2 and these fit her good. The sound is good and the quality seems to be really good as well. We don’t use these on a daily basis so I’m not sure how well the battery life is nor the quality when used on a daily basis with small children. The only complaint I have is that the charging cord is kind of hard to get in and out and it would be nice to have a case to place them in when not in use.perfect for child
