What better way to supplement piano lessons than writing a few songs together? 14-year-old Kirsten Morgan and teacher, Dan Weggel, decided to record some of their songs and turn them into a pop album. 'Pop' being a loose term, for on this album you'll also find the dance track, 'Headphones,' the country-style waltz, 'Give Us a Chance,' and the ballad, 'Meant to Be.' Representing modestly-populated Eau Claire, WI - Bon Iver's home town - the album 'Headphones' is a small-town collaboration worth checking out.
