Absolutely love this!! My hubby works very early day shift or late night shift so I needed something that wasn't too clunky so I could go to sleep without keeping the rest of the house awake. These are great, fit well, and don't hurt my head while sleeping with it on.Doesn't stay in place like they are supposed to. Not very efficient for noise cancelingI use these to sleep EVERY NIGHT. I suffer from some dark memories and these work excellent to help my mind NOT recreate them. If you have this issue, I definitely recommend.General thoughts:Sound volume: is rather low, great for a quiet room, but you may struggle in an active environment.Band: is a bit bigger that previous models, so if.ypu are a guy it may fit your head better, but it stretches over time either way. Much more robust over all width if you perfer to wear it as a sleep mask. (Not me but it works)Buttons: are wired backwards, so they work great in a mirror... also you have to hold them to get them to work. Previous model worked on a click button that dropped the volume by 1 increment. When you max the volume it has a screeching 2 beeps that sound like a garbage truck backing up. Excellent feature at 2am in bed (strong sarcasm)All in all: its much improved and doesn't scream at you in Chinese anymore. Appreciate that.The specifics: new model has FAR superior internals. You used to charge the unit from the button area in the front, but now a wire with the USB is tied into the rear of the band and you kinda pull it out. This is awesome because the front button unit never moves and the wires seem to stay in place far better. That lack of movement stops the wires to each headphone from breaking down and ceasing to function. Also increased battery life lets me use it all night for about 3 nights between charges.Battery life isn't bad, but I use these to help drown out bedroom noises while I sleep (snoring, two CPAP machines, and a restless dog), so I need to charge it daily. It uses a standard microUSB cord, which is convenient since I have many charging cords.These don't provide any noise cancellation and the speakers tend to sit away from my ears enough that I have to turn up my phone's volume to at least 1/3rd to really even hear the music in bed. If I lay on my side, they can get pressed onto my ear, which ends up hurting after a while and interrupting my sleep.However, the sound quality is pretty good, especially when the speakers are pressed against my ears, and they work quite well as a sleep mask even while wearing my CPAP. They block out nearly all light, which is a big benefit when combined with the ability to play 10-hour "sleep sounds" videos.All things considered, they're a pretty good value for the money. I just have to figure out a safe way to wash them.The sound is good I did a four because it's not a bows or anything but it is good sound and actually helps me sleep through my husband snoring which is really quite a miracle! Lol I actually bought these a little over a year ago but now the batteries don't last long but that is being used literally every night and a lot during the day just as a headset so there's no complaints here! That's why I stuck with the same ones if these last me another year I'll be a happy camper.I have purchased several of these, the blue one is so far the softest and largest. The blue one charges easiest and quickest so far.I love listening to audiobooks while in bed. The problem with my old earbuds is they would fall out or hurt my ears when laying on the side of my head. This is the perfect solution because they do not hurt at all. I specifically chose this model above others because of the lightweight, breathable material. You may have to adjust the speakers a bit inside the headband so it matches up with your ears, but it's not a difficult process. I have a fairly small head, and these are not super tight. I prefer this as I think they would be less comfortable if they were super tight. The audio quality is not bad. I've listened to music and watched a movie wearing them, and they are fine. Perfect for my needs and exactly what I was looking forHeadband fits great for a small adult female.
