I first ran across Eagle Nebula while scouring anything Georgia Anne Muldrow-related on Youtube. I'm extremely happy that I did, otherwise I might not have stumbled upon this truly unique MC.Cosmic Headphones, while short in length (only around 35 minutes in it's entirety) managed to take me for a ride that albums twice as long wish they'd be able to do. Nebula's rap presence is almost ethereal in nature yet at the same time is very playful and carefree. From rapping about the exciting potential of starting a new day ("Daily Debut") to starting up a cosmic e-commerce business, Nebula's wordplay is imaginative, amusing and quite deep with symbolism and insight. And of course, production by the insanely talented Georgia Anne Muldrow and her partner in crime, Dudley Perkins only helps further craft Cosmic Headphones's truly unique vibe.Looking for an exciting new musical experience that at times seems to have been delivered from light years ahead in the future?
